Il muffin cono gelato

Avevo già provato i bounty, i pop tarts , i brownies qualche sera fa ero alla ricerca di qualcosa di nuovo sul web da proporvi per la prossima Pasqua quando mi sono imbattuta in questa preparazione. Credetemi è stato amore a prima vista. Chi mi conosce sa che sono un american food addicted cioè un appassionata di tutte le sfiziosità provenienti dagli States potevo io non cimentarmi in questa nuova sfida? Sto stuzzicando la vostra curiosità?Lo spero!
Sono certa che questa mia ricetta vi piacerà almeno quanto è piaciuta a me. Dal momento che l’ho vista in rete non ho pensato ad altro che procurarmi dei coni gelato…per cosa? Vi chiederete voi, ma per preparare muffin con l’aspetto  di un  gelato i Fake Ice cream. Avete capito bene muffin sotto le mentite spoglie di un gelato.
Sono preparazioni sfiziose che si trovano comunemente alle feste di compleanno negli Usa. Le mie bambine al vederli preparare e successivamente nel mangiarli sprizzavano gioia da tutti i pori… Vi immaginate il figurone che fareste ad una festa di compleanno dei vostri bambini se preparaste dolcetti di questo tipo? Be! io si…. Ma bando alle ciance eccovi la ricetta e naturalmente buona Pasqua….

Ingredienti:

  • 375 g di farina 00
  • 250 g d zucchero
  • 200 g di margarina o burro
  • 4 uova
  • un pizzico di sale
  • una bustina di lievito per dolci
  • essenza di vaniglia
  • 100 ml di latticello o kefir
  • codette di zucchero colorate
  • Per la crema
  • 250 ml panna fresca
  • 2- cucchiai di zucchero
  • 2 cucchiai di nutella
  • sciroppo
  • alchermes rosso zucchero quanto basta

Sbattere con le fruste elettriche il burro a temperatura ambiente con lo zucchero fin tanto che non si otterà un composto piuttosto spumoso.
Aggiungere un uovo alla volta al composto amalgamandolo bene prima di inglobarvi l’uovo successivo,quindi unirvi il latticello, l’essenza di vaniglia, un pizzico di sale e per ultimo la farina setacciata assieme al lievito.
Continuare ad amalgamare fintanto che non si sarà ottenuto un composto spumoso ma compatto.
Imburrare ed infarinare stampi da budino o panna cotta, stampi piuttosto rigidi in modo tale che durante la cottura crescendo il muffin; il cono non si tolga.
Prendere dei coni privarli delle punte e posizionarli sopra ogni muffin premendo bene.

Cuocere in forno a 180° C per circa 15 minuti e togliere i gelati ottenuti dagli stampi con estrema delicatezza solo una volta freddi.

Preparare la bagna a piacere e immergere brevemente la punta del muffin nello sciroppo.
Montare la panna con tre cucchiai di zucchero e aggiungergli due cucchiai di Nutella rivestire tutto il cono con crema ottenuta.Collocare i muffin per un ora nel freezer ben distanziati l’uno dall’altro.
Versare granella colora una tazza ed immergervi un cono facendolo roteare su se stesso in modo che la granella aderisca perfettamente.
Presentare i muffin gelato su pirottini di carta.

I’m sure you will enjoy this recipe as much as I liked to me. From the moment I saw it on the net I have not thought of anything but get me the ice cream cones … for what? You may wonder about you, but to prepare muffin-shaped ice cream. You got it right muffins under the guise of an ice cream.
Delicious preparations are commonly found at birthday parties in the United States. My children to see them prepare and then eat them in joy flashed from every pore … Can you imagine the great impression that you had a birthday party for your children if you prepare cakes like this? Be! I will …. But without further ado, here’s the recipe and of course a happy Easter ….

  • 375 g flour 00
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 200 g margarine or butter
  • 4 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • vanilla essence Flavourart
  • 100ml buttermilk or kefir
  • tails colored sugar
  • For the cream
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 2 – tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Nutella
  • syrup
  • alchermes red sugar to taste

Beat with electric whisk the butter at room temperature with sugar so long as it does not otterà a compound rather fluffy.
Add one egg at a time into the mixture well before putting the next egg, then join the buttermilk, vanilla essence, a pinch of salt and finally the flour with the baking powder.
Continue to mix until it is achieved will be a frothy but compact.
Grease and flour pudding or panna cotta molds, molds rather rigid so that during cooking the growing muffin, do not remove the cone.
Put the cones on top of each muffin pressing well.

Bake at 356 F for about 15 minutes and remove the ice cream made from the molds very gently once cold.
